About Us
Gamma Chi Alumni Association of Pi Kappa Alpha is a voluntary non-profit organization established in 2011, whose members are alumni of the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity. Our Association exists to strengthen the bonds of fellowship among the Pi Kappa Alpha community associated with Oklahoma State University. Today, Pi Kappa Alpha as an international body totals over 250,000 alumni. The Gamma Chi Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha was chartered in 1939 and has since initiated over 1,500 Pikes. The Association aims to preserve the bonds that were formed between these men so many years ago.
Vision Statement. The Association must be a consistently growing, active and powerful Pike community that advances the interests of its alumni, the undergraduate Pikes at Oklahoma State University, and the International Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
Why Join? Your membership in the Gamma Chi Alumni Association of Pi Kappa Alpha is the single most powerful way to make Pi Kappa Alpha stronger at Oklahoma State University, as well to expand and enrich your own experiences with the fraternity that helped mold you into the person you are today. Through your membership, the Association:
• Provides an avenue through which Pike alumni in the area can enjoy fellowship with each other through numerous social programs and activities, such as alumni banquets, golf tournaments, group vacations, monthly luncheons, poker tournaments, tailgates, much more
• Grows a larger network of Pike Alumni who can help fellow Pikes in an increasingly competitive world
• Preserves Pi Kappa Alpha’s distinctive, internationally known traditions and helps remind its initiates that being a Pike is a lifelong commitment
• Enhances recruitment for the undergraduate Pikes at Oklahoma State University by signaling to the best and brightest that a powerful affiliation exists worldwide in support of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity
• Engages in collaborative efforts with the undergraduate Pikes at Oklahoma State University, such as workdays and fundraisers, to make improvements to the Pike Chapter House on OSU’s campus.
Gamma Chi Alumni Association of Pi Kappa Alpha Eligibility. Membership is open to all Alumni of the Gamma Chi Chapter of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, as well as any other Pike alumnus.
